30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your Wintercub hood, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return and refund.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@wintercub.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return steps. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
